OHIO COW TOPS CENTRAL NATIONAL JERSEY SHOW

Stephan Sparkler Vera-ET, the winning entry in the six-year-old and older class, was named Grand Champion at the Central National Jersey Show held at World Dairy Expo. She is owned by Joel and Greg Bourne of Ansonia, Ohio, and received the Udder Comfort $1,000 Grand Champion Cash Award. Reserve Grand Champion was Ratliff Price Alicia, a four-year-old, exhibited by Ron and Christy Ratliff of Garnett, Kan. Ratliff Jerseys were also named Premier Breeder and Premier Exhibitor for the second consecutive year. Premier Sire was Giprat Belles Jade-ET.

Judge Michael Heath of Westminister, Md., and Associate Judge Kelly Barbee of Concord, N.C., placed 400 entries total. Show results and class placings are as follows:
